One Year Warranty

We have full confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. At iiAthena Jewelry, we provide a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. It's important to note that this warranty will be considered void if the product has been misused or altered by anyone other than an authorized representative from iiAthena Jewelry.

Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team meticulously inspects each item before it's shipped to ensure that you receive a piece of the highest quality. In the rare event that you find a defect in your item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service representative at service@iiathena.com. We're here to assist you and kindly request that you include your order number and contact information in your correspondence with us.

Please be aware that any shipping charges associated with a warranty repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

It's worth noting that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, as well as the natural characteristics and internal inclusions (whether visible or not) in colored gemstones, are unique and specific to each individual item. These characteristics are considered part of the item's character and should not be viewed as defects.

We want to highlight that we retain the right to void the warranty for any item that displays signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond what would be expected from normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.

When sending back items, we kindly request that customers use a shipping method that provides tracking. Regrettably, packages without tracking will not be processed.

Please be aware that iiAthena Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
